ProsI know taking diet pills are the easy way out...but it worked and I am happy. The great thing about these particular thermogenic fat burners I found is that you simple take 1 pill first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and you are set for 12-14 hours on an energy high. And the appetite suppressant of these fat burners is quite astonishing. They actually did make me feel kind of full even up to 5 hours later which obviously aids in the weight loss. This is obviously due to the thermogenic effect which is going on in your body. With the increased energy lift, I felt more need to be busy doing something which even took my mind off food even more. Something other fat burners have not accomplished with me. You are allowed to take another fat burner pill later in the day if needed but they warn you that you may be staying up late that night! And they were not wrong! That worked out great really because if I only needed to take one pill per day, the bottle would last longer. This was another Pro I liked. And of course the best Pro...my results! Picture above.ConsOk so is there anything bad about these thermogenic fat burners? Well the only gripe I could give this really is that I believe during most of the 1 month I was using maXreduce thermogenic fat burners, I did find it a lot harder to fall asleep at night. I have heard the same from others using these, especially the people taking another dose in the afternoon. I did not take an afternoon dose but still believe these are what made me stay up later at night. I assume the reason would be simply your body and mind winding down. So it is only a small Con for these thermogenic fat burners but worth noting. Once I hit my goal weight which took just over 1 month, I stopped the use of the fat burners and everything is back to normal with regards to sleep time. No weight gain as of yet either! :-)Conclusion
To conclude I must say I was very surprised to say the least. Considering I did not TRY to change my eating,
or purposely add extra exercise to my daily life in the 1 month I used these thermogenic fat
burners, I really am blown away with the result. Even though I personally may have found that my average
sleep time went down about an hour (which wasn't a problem for me) i still am amazed with these particular
thermogenic fat burners. As you can see in my 1 month transformation pics above,
words cannot explain how truly happy I am with the end result of my body and the confidence I now have.
Now that is worth the small price tag of this product!
